I would like you to click on my tab at the top of my blog titled "New to Couponing"...I think these short abbreviations will help tremendously. But for now, here are the ones you asked about
SS = Smart Source (name of coupon insert)
RP = Red Plum (name of coupon insert)
ECB = Extra Care Bucks (rewards from CVS)
RR = Register Rewards (rewards at Walgreens)
